The penthouse is limited to 4 people in order to provide
the maximum comfort to our guests.
No smoking in the apartment (outdoors only) and no pets please.

For holiday rentals up to 2 weeks maid/linen service twice a week is included, electricity will be charged @ 4.5 THB per kw.

Monthly rental prices do not include maid/linen service,
electricity will be charged @ 4.5 THB per kw.
Maid service  THB 500.- per visit
Laundry will be charged at cost plus 15% handling fee
 
Airport transfer available at THB 800.- per way
 
A security deposit of THB 20.000 will be required on every booking and refunded within 3 weeks after departure, provided that all extra services have been paid and no damage or loss has occured.

All rates of Villa Royale are nett / per person

Child under 12 years is half price
Child under   3 years is free
